Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. For your convenience, we've detailed our return process below. Please also visit our Return Page for a step-by-step guide on returning any item.

Return Window:
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return:
To begin a return, please email us at customerservice@jpfabulosity.com. Returns should be sent to the address provided upon acceptance. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues:
Check your order immediately upon receipt, and if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Additionally, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us if you have questions about specific items.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item, start a return for your current item. Once accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
For orders shipped within the EU, you may cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds:
We’ll notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us at customerservice@jpfabulosity.com.
